Kevin was super responsive & friendly. He really gave me comfort for our situation & worked us into his schedule. The carpets turned out better than I expected & now we can move into our home without worry about what’s under our feet.
Kevin arrived on time, went over the job, was very conscientious about my requests (and didn’t let the dog out ?). The carpets and area rugs were cleaned, even got the weird stains out of the garage carpet, and was done in a timely manner. Carpets were not left soaking wet, like we’ve had in the past with other carpet cleaners, and overall, he was just a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely use him again in the future.
I was very pleased with the work that McCall carpet and air duct cleaning dead at my home. They were able to schedule my appointment on a fairly short notice and arrived on time. Kevin did an excellent job and the carpets look beautiful.! I just miss the special they were running by a few days so it was a little expensive but will watch for a special next time. The work was excellent!
