Been a member for about 3 months, they are open 24/7, and have an insane amount of equipment. The bathrooms are huge and super clean. My bf accidentally left one of his necklaces on a piece of equipment there and went back about 24 hours later and it was on the counter. Everyone here is so kind, the owner is super kind as well. There's plenty of parking in the back, and there's lots of cameras everywhere so I feel comfortable going to workout alone late at night.

This is the best gym in town hands down, there seems to be a different clientele that goes, everyone is friendly and approachable. Anthony is legendary in the valley, he makes you feel welcome and he's not beyond throwing jokes your way. Love this place

This is one of my favorite places to work out. If you are looking for a real gym with no fluff, this is the place. Great old school equipment with an owner who knows all the tricks of the trade.
