Do not hire this company! They have done extensive work on my house more than a few times over the course of years. The owner Kevin Lee Parris is rude and very unprofessional. The young skinny guy with the glasses is rude and unprofessional. Probably the owner's son. When it came to scheduling. The owner was completely rude and impatient. Then he asked if I was the tenant, because they like to treat tenants like second class citizens. Previously a couple years back the same kid with the glasses tried to walk past my wife through our front door when she answered it. He said who he was and then just tried to walk in past her not even waiting for her to get out of the way trying to force her out of the way basically. another time while 1 person was working on the central heating and Air he was sitting on our Christmas tree in the box smashing the box in. The owner said they would be here at 9am. 9:15 rolls around and I call for an update which I shouldn't have had to do, and they said they would be here in a couple minutes. 25 minutes later they show up. I explain how the owner was rude they called the owner and the owner told them to leave. Which is great, because they don't deserve the business. I have dealt with the other HVAC companies in town, and none of them were unprofessional like this. My recommendation is to go with any other company. They all got great reviews from me!

I couldn’t be happier. Very responsive, on time, quick, efficient— awesome service. I was so impressed, I am getting an estimate for a heat pump and cooling system. Aiden and Caleb, thank you so much!!! Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

We spent hundreds through another company to have no change in our furnace issue. Up the creek responded quickly. Had two theories completely different from the other company. They also showed us provable findings showing one of the services we were previously charged for was never touched. First theory wasn't it the issue. They did not charge to return and try the second theory. That was a win. Now finally after 2 winters we have a fully working furnace aging for far less than the competitor.
