Eli and Brett come out when we had a problem with our cooler at our butcher shop they worked fast and hard to make sure our cooler stays running good and efficiently! We will definitely be using them anytime we need work in this field!

Called them up about our gas fireplace not working, they immediately got someone out and he quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. When the part came in, he came back out and fixed the unit right away. The Tech seemed to have very good knowledge of the product (Napoleon Fireplace) and excellent experience overall.

Last Friday we had Bill’s Heating out to look at our furnace because it was making a weird noise we were not comfortable with. The tech showed up, took a quick look, said the furnace was obsolete and couldn’t find parts. So we would need a whole new system for $10-11k. After handing us the estimate he told us he turned off our heat because “it looked like the heat exchange might be cracked.” He offered us some space heaters to keep our house warm.We had some, called Kinzer for a second opinion.
