I made myself a priority today and got a massage. The massage therapist made me a priority and suddenly I left the stresses of the world behind. I knew I was in good and reliable hands. My body is in constant post recovery from running 3-5 mi. every other day. I have sore muscles, sciatica and upper/lower back discomfort. After much research, I chose Sage Massage in the LC Valley with no regrets. Lijuan is the best! Most credible, fully licensed and insured. With her knowledge and expertise, she knew just where to focus on the areas that needed deep tissue massage and I am fully satisfied with her technique. It is definitely not for sissy's because she gets deep, which is needed to help the muscles heal. I highly recommend this place. Very professional, very caring, very clean and very comfortable. Thank you Sage! My husband and I will definitely be back for continual therapy. Our bodies deserve the love and care.
