It's unfortunate that the lady that earned the bad review was temporary. The current therapist, who has been there many years, is very good. She brings a lot to the table including a hot stone treatment that is very therapeutic. I highly recommend her.

Solid massages. It's not very private, so if that's a thing for you, be warned. Also, it can be awkward with the massage therapist when someone else comes in or the phone rings; they leave you to do customer service, and sometimes that's both annoying and weird. But generally, the therapists are kind and talented. Sometimes, too, they're not always "open" when the signs say they should be, so you have to call the phone number to get someone to come down and open the place up. Still, it's good value.
