James pierce..I am a new patient...I've contacted you three times, several days prior to my appt...where are you or your staff that process patients notifications/inquires? Are you in business? Would you return any credit on my acct to the address listed..you are a dentist? Cancel my Nov 5, 2019 appt, I previously notified you Oct 27, 2019 requesting this appt cancellation..I did not authorize a 5 star review for this review, that must be your idea, I would give you a minus 20 stars for your non cooperation in this matter
