I called Guardian to connect my new gas meter to the house because it was my understanding it was required by the county. I will start by saying Bill the owner is very responsive to messages and emails. i will leave the employee's name out. When the employee showed up he took some measurements said he would be back the next day. He showed up two days later with the wrong length of pipe but thought it would work, It did not. He said he would be back in a day or two but called a few times to postpone. A few days later I made the connection myself after speaking to the county inspector. The owner of this business seems to be the salt of the earth. I called the business early Sunday morning, on January 2nd, for a plumbing emergency and not only did he answer the call, but he spent time trying to assist me through the issue. He recommend plumbers that might be able to do the job on a Sunday as he was unable to assist (I learned his business technically does HVAC work and not plumbing). I obviously can't attest to his work in HVAC, but I can say this owner has what seems to be a wonderful character and integrity. He would be my first call to an HVAC company if I ever needed one.
