Amazed they are still in business. When ordering Lake was our sales person. He told us the carpet may be delayed for a few weeks because of the factory and shipping and gave us a worse case senerio date of July 14th about 6 weeks. It took 4 days for the rep to return a message with cost and availability. Isn't that the first question anybody asks? According to Lake the factory would run the carpet and expidited shipping would get it there in time for scheduled install. Factory forgot to order the correct yarn. We went through them to get carpet tiles for two rooms that we didn’t want to ruin our hardwood floors with. Gave us a great deal on overstocked colors. We also got our laminate flooring through them which also has been great. Their laminate was a better price, quality, and warranty than the big box store. We didn’t use them for install just products. We installed it ourselves.

This company is very well seasoned and in my opinion the very Best in the field!
