Great hvac company. Thought air conditioning system was low on refrigerant so called. They came out and verified slightly low on refrigerant. Added some refrigerant and determined there was an issue with the compressor as well. They informed me of the issue and informed me more refrigerant would not fix the problem. They gave me the option to proceed with more refrigerant or to run as is instead of overcharging me for refrigerant that wouldn’t fix the problem. I asked them about replacement options without them trying to oversell me. They talked to me about replacement options and answered all my questions. Great honest hvac company. Will be using them in the future.
Jeff is awesome! He has done my dryer vents and full HVAC services for me! I won’t use anyone else. Webb Air is professional and super timely with communication, and Jeff has gone above and beyond for me with my projects.
Our AC went out late on Friday. First thing Monday I called Webb Air and within minutes we had an appointment set for that morning. Jeff came about an hour later and it was up and running before noon. Great service and I don't feel ripped off.
