Josh was great! He was on time, explained things plainly, and he did great work despite poor working conditions. I wasn't pushed any repairs or upgrades I didn't need, and I was charged a reasonable price!

Elite Systems was quick to respond from the answering service to the technicians. They were honest and very fair because they are a self proprietor not corporate owned.
