We had our a/c break, Elite Systems responded quickly and scheduled our appt ASAP. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with one of the technicians, which delayed the whole process, he actually ended up getting fired. Elite systems completely apologized and made up for everything. Loren & Katy had amazing communication, got answers and results right away! I am so thankful. Even though we had a hiccup, I would use this company a million times over! So friendly and everyone was so kind.
Fast, friendly, and reliable. Fixed our furnace this morning walked us through the issue and what needed to be done. Extremely professional and courteous! Even wore booties in our home to keep dirt off the floor. Couldn’t be happier!
