Summit was amazing to work with! We went into the building process with a lot of “wants” and had something very specific in mind. We had seen another home that Summit had built, and knew that their team was more than capable of whatever we might ask. Most builders we met with were reluctant to work outside of their set floor plans, but Bret, Zan, and the rest of the team at Summit were up for the challenge.

My husband and me wanted to replace our front door, as it was getting old and weathered. We had many “door” salesmen come and look at it and give us bids. ( I mentioned I didn’t want to remodel the porch, only need a new door. Their prices were astronomical ). Whew. We called Summit who came out and gave us a very reasonable price. They were wonderful to keep us informed of the progress of our door being delivered then we went and picked the stain color, and were really kept in the loop.
