“Willamette has a central call center that handles appointment scheduling for all offices in Idaho, Washington, and Oregon. I was disappointed initially because even though I waited on the phone for extended periods, I had difficulty getting through to a scheduler to make an appointment. Needless to say I was skeptical and uncertain whether the Willamette dental plan was a good fit for me and my family and even whether the care would be good when and if I could ever get an appointment. Fortunately, the call center issue has since been resolved and I've only had positive experiences! The call center staff were helful and even able to get me in quickly when I needed an urgent appointment. Since that first visit, I have been highly satisfied with the Willamette staff in Twin Falls. Everyone, from the receptionist to the dental assistants, dentist, and hygienists have been fabulous! Each person was friendly, courteous, and engaged me both as a patient and as an individual. Each person cared for my comfort, explained what was being done and why, made helpful suggestions and Dr. Peterson formulated a dental treatment plan WITH me, rather than for me. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions--he didn't make me feel rushed or like I was an imposition or inconvenience on his time. Needless to say, I am defintely happy and highly satisfied with the care I've received in the Twin Falls location and plan on keeping the Willamette Dental insurance as long as our employer offers it. Thanks for a great dental experience!“
