The staff is so nice and welcoming but Bri my hygienist is absolutely amazing. I am no longer embarrassed about going to a dentist. They all make you feel comfortable and they talk to you and laugh with you. It’s a great place to go.
I just have to give a shout out to Advanced Dental Care of Twin Falls. I needed a general cleaning and was skeptical of going because I had a bad experience in May with a different dental place. But nonetheless, I made the appointment for a cleaning. The front office staff were amazing and nice, they gave me a tour and a t-shirt as a thank you for choosing them...The hygentist, Tanna, was so great and upfront with me, she explained what she was doing each step of the way, and even gave me my portion of what I owed before starting, which honestly was alot better than I expected. Found the front office very efficient and helpful, the back office very warm and supportive, and the doctors world class with the latest technology that permits one to have detailed pictures of all the work they do. Entire experience was professional , warm and efficient. Overall very positive. Highly Recommend without reservation.
