Wasn’t sure at first given the exterior of the building, but my digs were treated well, groomed right and the team here even went the extra mile to spot and remove some cheatgrass that had got caught in their fur. Really appreciated all they did.

VERY dissatisfied, I brush my havapoo daily if not twice and he has baths on a regular basis with brush outs. Debbie decided he was matted with out touching him! I told her explicitly I didn't not want him shaved. Not only did she shave and trim face she did tail! My folks at boarding were shocked as they care for him daily. He has to wear a sweater. She is rude and unprofessional, she should have called me and asked me what I wanted to do rather leaving him mutilated! Terrible experience. Terrible groomer with a bad attitude. We need more groomers and choices.

Fabulous experience! Debbie and staff were so kind. I am housesitting for a cat that nails desperately needed a trim. The cat had gotten sick in its cat carrier and also messed it. Debbie and the man that did the nail trimming were so kind and patient. Kitty did really well, didn't hiss or bite. I'd definitely go there again. Thank you!
