Courteous, prompt, and honest. Brian refunded our deposit when our previous property manager nickled and dimed us for what was obviously normal wear and tear. A sprinkler head went goofy on a window and he came and fixed it after hours. Best property manager in the valley.
Brian did a great job of managing the place during our tenancy. He was typically quick to respond to issues and was very helpful and courteous.
There were a few issues on sprinkler maintenance that ended out going unresolved for a couple months which was a little frustrating.
Upon checkout, we thought we left the place very clean (see other review), but Brian thought otherwise and charged us $750 for the cleaning. He informed me that our place was left less than average in terms of cleanliness.
