Very pleased with check in the nurse and the doctor! I was in not very good shape and they were very kind and understanding. I want to thank them all I wish I knew their names.
I was referred to SMC for an x-ray. I was checked in immediately and the tech came and got me within 5 minutes after sitting down in the waiting room. The x-ray was finished in a matter of 10 minutes, and I was out the door. The staff was courteous and proficient while helping me. I had a call with results from the ordering physician within an hour. This was a pleasant experience overall.
