Our water heater went out on Friday night and because of warranty, we couldn’t get anyone to come till this morning. I called Gem State Plumbing and within 20 minutes of my call they had someone here to look at it. After deciding it was going to need to be replaced, they were here and got it replaced in about an hour! The tech Chris was extremely friendly and had great customer service! I would highly recommend them for any of your needs! I am extremely satisfied with the service we received today! Thank you Gem State Plumbing!

I can’t thank Gem state enough, Chris and his helper became good friends of mine today. They were fast, professional and over all just genuine people. Honest guys, and did everything they could to make sure wehad a restroom again for a family of 4 with only one restroom after our main sewer line busted under our house leaving us without water or restroom for 2 days. He recommended the clean up crew which was also fenomenal, and we are back and running like new. Chris if you read this, thank you thank you thank you. #HondaServices: Drain cleaning
