Come to find out, he installed #40 felt instead of bitumen - where residential code clearly states that bitumen underlayment is required. Had to tear off a section of roof and install new bitumen underlayment.- We worked it out and he refunded repair cost after negotiation. Raised my review from 1 to 4 stars.
