Their knowledgeable and helpful staff provides fine flooring solutions, including Water-Proof LVP, Carpeting, Wood, Laminate, and Sheet Vinyl. They are accommodating and professional, going above and beyond to meet customers' needs. Customers have been very happy with the results, trusting the business and feeling like they made new friends. The installers do an amazing job, and customers are highly satisfied with the experience from beginning to end.

These guys are fantastic! Tyler and Jason were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We changed our minds a couple times on what flooring to put in and they didn’t bat an eye at getting us additional quotes that fit our needs and our budget. The whole staff is extremely friendly and I’ll definitely be using universal flooring for all of our future flooring needs. No need to shop around with service as good as theirs.
