The Yard Butler is awesome, I can't recommend them enough. Unfortunately, my system was installed by a different company who was very difficult to deal with and incompetent. After having my system for just over a year, it sprung a leak due to improper installation. By the time I realized there was an issue, it had flooded my yard and my surrounding neighborhoods. One of my neighbors had recommended The Yard Butler for weed & insect control so I reached out, hoping they could help even though they didn't install my system. The receptionist was kind and understanding of my panicked state and said that although they were scheduled out a few days, she would get someone out to my property as soon as possible. Within a few hours two gentlemen with "can do" attitudes showed up and went to work. The timing couldn't have been worse, for I was headed out of town for a few days. They assured me that they would take care of it which allowed me to enjoy my trip. Since I was not present when the repairs occurred, I called the office upon receiving the bill to see what had caused the issue. The manager called me back with a detailed explanation of what caused the problem along with a breakdown of charges. I was very impressed by their professionalism but most importantly their attitude.
