If I could I would get more than just five stars for so many different reasons. Because first off CJ is not only dedicated and proficient to his craft but he is also a polite and affable attentive person when it comes to customer service. In my case, CJ has i'm more than one occasion gone above and beyond to assist me with let's say some rather particular unique situations regarding technical assistance with my PC as well as other things also he's willing to work with me in so many different ways. CJ is a Smart Guy. My laptop started having all kinds of pop ups saying it was infected with several viruses. I took it in so CJ. In just a few minutes, he had everything cleaned up and running well again. I highly recommend Smart Guy for all your computer needs. Marv W
