My husband and I have worked with Sheri to buy and sell multiple homes. She has always been amazing. Sheri is easy to communicate with, prompt at answering any questions, and very personable. Even on my first time working with her, it felt more like working with a friend than a stranger. Sheri got me several above asking price offers on the 2 properties I was selling, and within a short time (I believe it was just a couple weeks for both) of listing. And this was in 2022 and 2023, after the period of time where houses were off the market within days. Recently, I needed some documentation for one of the home sales I didn’t have.
