2023, I scheduled a sprinkler blowout. They kept rescheduling until after freeze out. 2024 I discovered a blowout caused by a burst pipe. 2024, asked for l a tree work estimate. They provided one that I could not afford. I asked for an estimate for reduced work. I got ghosted for that. Then i found a business that did twice the work for half the price. I scheduled a sprinkler blow out for 2024, Senske wanted to blow out a WEEK BEFORE the canal shut down! When the technician showed up, because he didn't know the capabilities of his service truck, we nearly didn't get the job done, and then I had to train him how to blow out my system. Three strikes? No four strikes!
Jayms called ahead of time before coming over to complete the blowout service and thoroughly explained the process. The service was professional and efficient. I highly recommend Senske Services!
Caleb, our technician did a fantastic job and he was very punctual on showing up and getting the job done. I also appreciated the communication as he informed me of when he would be there and allowed me to prepare.
