Such a great friendly staff that are knowledgeable and have answered all my questions without fail. I was nervous to try laser hair removal, now I wish I’d done it sooner. It’s been a great experience. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t recommend Rosemark more for laser hair removal! The staff is incredibly friendly, informative, and they make me feel so comfortable during every appointment. They’re very upfront about everything and take the time to explain the process, so nothing feels scary or unknown.
I especially love Ellie—she’s so easy to talk to and genuinely kind. If you’re having an off day, you can even just put in your headphones and enjoy a quiet, relaxing appointment. That said, I usually end up chatting with her instead of listening to my audiobook—which says a lot coming from an introvert!
