I considered wether to put 4 or 5 stars. My experience was mostly great with Romanoff Renovations. The communication was top notch from the office staff and installers. I received many reminder texts and phone calls to be sure we prepared our home correctly, and everything was ready to go in time for our installation appointment. The installers showed up on time, put in a lot of hard work, and worked very quickly. They were respectful and kind. They were careful of our home, though they did cause 1 area of damage, but I know all humans are not machines, and mistakes are expected on a jobs as big as carpet installation. Great job went thru home depot they showed up ahead of schedule knocked out the job and cleaned up the area when done. Did some extra transition work made the job look way cleaner then normal transition. Well done guys.
