Rocky Mountain Cabinets

I unfortunately have to leave a very bad review of this company. Not because of the staff but because of their product. We built our house with a custom builder who uses Rocky Mountain Cabinetry. My dream has always been to have a white kitchen. To get a white kitchen it was an expensive upgrade to get paint grade cabinets, but since this was our forever home we were okay with making that upgrade. These cabinets are okay quality (I've seen better) but the paint is not holding up AT ALL. I have painted my own kitchen cabinets before and they held up a thousand times better than this finish. Throughout our entire home building experience, KATE at Rocky Mountian Cabinets has been the worst to work with. Following other reviews, she clearly does not understand customer service nor the concept of hospitality. I would almost think she is having a bad day, but from reading other reviews it is clearly just her nature. I feel bad giving RM Cabinets such a low review for just 1 employee, hopefully this helps them in the long run.

Very nice people so they get two stars. Unfortunately, the quality of their cabinets would rightfully warrant negative stars if possible. After purchasing a brand new home, the trim around the cabinets, the inside of the cabinets and drawers, and the outside of the cabinet doors had extreme damage. All of the other home owners in my previous subdivision (I bought the home in January of 2018 and sold it 13 months later) are experiencing the same issues. It is quite clear it is a Rocky Mountain Cabinets problem and not owner-specific. It's hard to imagine being able to find a quality of cabinet worse than the ones we had in our home.
