Thai and Tina work for you not the seller they find all the things that need to be looked at. They evaluated with great honesty integrity and I can highly recommended them .if I ever need to a new property or needed an inspection. I definitely would call them..

This was our 2nd time using RQI and it was just as good as the first time! Tye was incredibly informative, very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. They were able to show up next day to do our inspection which was great! We definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a home inspection and will be using them again in the future!
