We had a great experience with Dr Olsen and Reframed Eye. He saw my family of 6 today, and all of us enjoyed the visit (I have 4 kids aged 3-11 and he was great with all of them.) He and his team are amazing to work with. He is super friendly and he explained everything so that we could easily understand. My son was pretty sad when he found out he needed glasses, but Dr Olsen helped ease his nerves right away.
When we first scheduled our appointment they contacted us to find out what insurance we had and then did what they needed to do on their end to be able to accept it! How cool is that?

I found Reframed Eye online looking for a.n eye dr that took our insurance. Dr Olsen was super nice and took the time for a thorough exam. Very nice Dr who seemed to actually care about his patients. His assistant was very friendly and helpful with her suggestions. Would recommend anyone looking for a great place to get an eye exam go here.

Dr. Olsen is kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things clearly. I went in for my yearly insurance check and found out that I'm mildly farsighted. Although glasses might help with that a little, I really appreciated that there was no pressure to buy any right then and there.
