Quality heating & the fireplace shop

We called the Fireplace Shop to repair our dirty and non-working fireplace insert. We previously had a quote needing to replace the whole system at over $1.5K. Ruben came out and worked on our system. He showed up on time and started by cleaning out the whole system before he did a good diagnosis. After he cleaned, he promptly repaired the issue and even fixed the fan wiring which was initially installed incorrectly. All the fixed costed us a fraction of what we were quoted by a much bigger company. I am glad we called them and got a second opinion. The service man was very prompt and knowledgeable. He was friendly and listened to everything we said, discussed various options for preventing the problem from happening again. We would not hesitate to call on them for any future problems.

Ruben is AWESOME. He has came to our house every time we have had an issue with our furnace. He is super friendly, polite and his knowledge on the furnace is outstanding. These guys are awesome and will always have our business.
