We called the Fireplace Shop to repair our dirty and non-working fireplace insert. We previously had a quote needing to replace the whole system at over $1.5K. Ruben came out and worked on our system. He showed up on time and started by cleaning out the whole system before he did a good diagnosis. After he cleaned, he promptly repaired the issue and even fixed the fan wiring which was initially installed incorrectly. All the fixed costed us a fraction of what we were quoted by a much bigger company. I am glad we called them and got a second opinion.
