Nick went above and beyond to help one of our customers out. She broke her backglass packing for her family reunion. It was after hours and he went in after hours to make it so we could get them on the road to there reunion. Service was above and beyond.
We know this is not the norm and may not always be possible.
But his being willing and able was a blessing to many. Thank you!
