First I’d like to thank Mike for tackling a Giant in the RV Industry, that being “Lippert”. When you have a brand new Beautiful Brinkley and the stove’s oven doesn’t work it’s a Buzz Kill. We found that to be the case after we were barely out of warranty and hadn’t even used the oven fr the first year.
We called Mike Baker of MnM Unlimited and he took over from there. Mike knows all of the in and outs of warranty work, and believe me, there are layers of paperwork and reviews and panels of people to deal with.
The end result was fantastic we ended up with a whole new Stove and Oven with upgraded hardware to keep everything from vibrating loose.

We had such a great experience working with mike during a stressful time. When our camper was damaged, we weren’t sure what to expect or how the process would go, but he made everything so much easier. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us get the best outcome.
He walked us through every step, answered all of our questions (no matter how small), and made sure we understood our options. What really stood out was how quickly he handled everything and how much he advocated for us with the insurance company.
