My credit score went from an 820 down to a 599 debilitating is all I can say it has changed everything in my world I couldn’t get a loan for a pack of gum. Never have I had this problem before. I worked so hard to keep my credit score where it was. . Now I can’t get a loan anywhere without out pay huge interest rates. Before I could go anywhere and get a loan, And now when I try to call and get along, they run for me It is so embarrassing. This girl took the time to listen. Give me some advice. Treat me like I had an 820 credit score again gave me hope but more than anything. She treated me like a person not like a loser. The experience I had with Kiki was life altering. I will never forget the kindness that she showed me. I am so grateful I have been so down because of my credit score and there’s nothing I could do nothing. I am stuck because of what’s going on with this data breach and I’ve never felt so desperate in my life, and this girl made everything, so much better she took a hopeless girl and gave her hope again I think Kimi deserves a raise. If I could give her a raise myself I would if you could just please tell her that what she did for me was life altering I will never forget this girl and she’s never even met me and that’s how big of a difference she made just being kind, courteous and sincere. She she really cared about me. You guys have a wonderful employee don’t lose her!!
