I need my tax forms back that were mailed to me. No one is there and no one answers the phone. She said she was having surgery and wouldn’t be back until August and it’s past September now! I don’t know what to do.

She is the most unprofessional person in the world… never returns a call on your taxes…. Is late getting them to you. We gave up and found someone else. What a mess! Half the time her staff is wondering where she is? This was our experience!

Kristine has purposefully dodged paying her own bills. She intentionally wrote her personal check incorrectly to where the bank would not accept her payment. Then lied about sending a replacement payment. I was able to speak with her a few times & she kept promising to pay. Now she just hangs up the phone on me when I call to try & collect so has shown she intends not to pay. I would defiantly not recommend using a tax service that rip's off other local companies for their services rendered.
