They have been super helpful. Ive gotten help with some minor tax hiccups and other miscellaneous business paperwork. They also helped me file the correct paperwork after I made a mistake when changing my business name and structure last year.
Almost 20 years!!! Amazing! They listen. They ask questions. They communicate. They verify. They double check. They are happy and positive. I never feel like an idiot when giving information or asking questions. Even the same ones after so much time. They make things easy and grow with the changes of life. I love them!
We’ve been using Hayes Tax & Accounting for several years now and we find Melissa to be professional and thorough in the tax preparation process. The office staff is patient, friendly, and very helpful every time I call. With ever changing tax laws, we trust Hayes Tax & Accounting to take care of our filing needs. And, I will add the fees are very reasonable. We highly recommend Melissa and the whole team.
