FlyGuys Haircuts of Idaho Falls offers awesome men's haircuts. Their stylists, such as Tawnie, do a great job cutting hair and are friendly. The atmosphere is fantastic and the ladies are attentive to clients' needs. However, some clients have experienced issues with scheduling, including appointments being canceled without notice and the shop being closed during business hours. Despite this, clients have appreciated the excellent haircuts and friendly service when the appointments go as planned. Overall, FlyGuys Haircuts of Idaho Falls has the potential for a great experience, but some clients have been let down by scheduling issues.
Tawnie did a great job on my sons hair. My son decided to take the liberty to cut his own hair and she got him all fixed up. She also squeezed me in last minute which I really appreciated. I definitely will be going back to her.
When I went the first time everything was great the stylist did an excellent job cutting my hair and was quite friendly. The last time I tried to go the website let me schedule an appointment outside of business hours unknowingly. Then when I got there I sat outside for a hour waiting for someone to show and had to find out that my appointment as well as the people waiting with me were all canceled with out a call or text message. We all had to look through the scheduling software online.
The atmosphere and the skill at this establishment are fantastic. The ladies are very friendly and attentive to what you want done. Sadly. The fact that I have had appointments that seem to have been blown off by them, not even a notice that the shop would not be open, is beyond frustrating. I have wasted my time coming to this place at a set time only to find that I am to be let down by the lack of open doors during business hours. Sad day. I enjoyed the experience here.
