“Got this for someone who had never recieved flowers before. The online photo looked wonderful. Went to pick it up right at closing and was sorely dissapointed to see it was a one half/sided bouquet. This was a siuation where this was the final night and moment I could give her these flowers and it just looks very bad for the occasion and they were closed by the time I got the flowers delivered. The website did not specify this is a one sided bouquet either. Its was just a sucker punch feeling in terms of dissapointment because of how much I wanted them to mean.

Minus the 1 star for lack of proper description online and the frustration it caused.

Taylor from the shop had reached out today and is super awesome. She has always been incredible and quick to help me with anything from the shop and today was no different in her actions. 5 stars to her. Been ordering from The Rose Shop for close to 10 years and will keep doing so thanks if not in part to the fantastic bouquets in the past. But also because of her fantastic customer service.“
