Don’t post reviews often but I just couldn’t help leaving a review for Colton and Zach who helped us with our mechanical issues in route to Yellowstone to see our grandkids. I’m sure most of their work is heavy diesel, but they took the time to get us in and get our repairs done so that we could get back on the road quickly, like the next day quickly. Without a doubt would have ruined our vacation without these two gentlemen and the expert crew who serviced our rig. Thank you all so much for the hard work and finding time to fit us in.

A good shop.They’re busy for a reason.The hourly rate seemed a smidge high at first. But, I’m willing to pay a premium for good service. Berggrens’ 4.9-star rating led me to the place.The friendliness, knowledgeability, and the business’s willingness to work with me was what sealed the deal.They’ve gone above and beyond in a couple regards.I won’t outline exactly how because I don’t want to project or create expectations.I will say that no shop has done either of the two above-and-beyonds that Berggrens has done for me in my 26 years of trucking!They’re honest.They don’t do unnecessary work. They actively assess the job as they go.They will then discuss the matter with you.That, as opposed to many shops that write extraneous estimates, pad the bill with unnecessary hours, and hit you with undisclosed charges.Berggrens is my new shop.Thank you to the whole team there!
