We had another company come out to do a routine systems check on our furnace. They tried disconnecting a wire and had an arch with the frame. Opened it up and saw some burnt wires. After not being able to find out what brand or how old the furnace is They determined it needed replaced. They then gave us a quote for one and it was pretty high. We decided to get another quote and called Doug's Repair. They were able to get some one out in a couple days where it was a weekend and we had space heaters to keep the house warm enough. Victor came out and looked it over as I was explaining the other companies options they gave me. Victor told me it overall was still in good shape, it just needed some wires and one part replaced and that he could do that. He was honest about what it needed and what he could do and wasn't pushy trying to upsell me on anything I didn't need. It's definitely a great company and honest people to work with!
Our hot heated went out on Monday, called Doug's and they made its happen to where we had a new hot water heater installed the next day before noon. Great service and top shelf customer service.
