I worked with Dan on the lending side of things on two recent transactions. Dan represented the buyers on both transactions. Dan impressed me with his ability to get things done. He cares about his clients and fights for them like he would if you were family. His communication is great and he works all hours of the day and night for his clients. His knowledge in the local area is 2nd to none and I would trust him with future referrals from me personally. Dan was amazing to work with.
