They are neat and leave everything in good order, making them a reliable choice for chimney cleaning ready for the winter.
Bill came out to see if there was a fix with a wind noise on our gas fireplace even though it had a high wind termination cap.
He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our problem. We are going to try a windscreen to see if that will help with the howling noise that we get when the wind blows hard like it has done in recent weeks.
I would recommend Bill to anybody I know if they had a chimney problem, or if they simply needed their chimney serviced in general.
The gentleman was able to assess our chimney and make sure it was clean in a timely and professional manner. Will definitely call this company again.
Bill at Croft Chimney Sweep is amazing. He is honest, prompt, and excellent at what he does. This is the second time we have worked with Bill, this time to replace a chimney on our wood burning fireplace. He also builds fences and if we needed fencing we would definitely not hesitate to hire Bill.
