It's not a bad place and usually dont have to wait to long to see somebody. But if you have problems with prescriptions that the doctor didn't tell me about. One I have no idea what it's for! Im not taking it. Getting ahold of the doctor or a nurse or even the receptionist is very difficult, frustrating and ridiculous!! But when you're poor and need medical help, it's where you go.
My family and I visited Community Family Clinic in Idaho Falls on Tuesday, 12/16/25 at 9:15 a.m. for our immigration health examination, and we had an excellent experience. The entire process was fast, well-organized, and very efficient. Every staff member was kind, helpful, and truly took great care of our family.
Special thanks to Dr. Joshua Stringam, Nicole, and the wonderful staff who helped with our blood draw and guided us through filling out all the paperwork. When we made mistakes on our forms, Nicole was incredibly patient and even reprinted every single page for us. Very friendly and extremely thorough! The family clinic is just that, FAMILY, they really care and treat you like a person not a number. I am impressed and finally found my lifelong Doctor I know that I am in good hands for every health care need and want.
