Bartlett roofing did a great job for us. Ryan was very knowledgeable about every aspect and aided us in deciding what were the best options for us. He was wonderful to work with. The main part of the house had a metal roof. There was an addition on the back that had asphalt shingles. There were some leaks where the two met. The metal roof had been put on over an existing asphalt roof and had holes where it had been attached and this allowed water to seep through to the older asphalt roof and caused some damage to the sheeting. They had to remove both metal and asphalt layers. They also replaced some of the sheeting. The whole thing was a mess. Now we have a beautiful new roof and no worries about leaks. The roof looks great and they did a very good job cleaning up the yard after the install.
My first introduction to Bartlett Roofing was through Collin, a no pressure, very knowledgeable , straight talker. He asked if I was interested in a new roof. Yes, I was! I had been getting quotes and saving money for about three years. My house was a big job! 125 years old , at a steep pitch and a tear off down to the studs. He worked closely with my insurance company, taking pictures, and walking the roof with him. He told me the step by step process and it happened just like he said it would. It was November before all the paperwork was in. We couldn't set a date because now it would depend on the weather. Not knowing when the work would begin was a worry but Collin kept me in the loop. His communication gave me peace of mind. The winter was mild and they were able to start the first of February. I was very happy with the materials, organization and efficance and the clean up. I was not expecting the amazing workers. They worked as a team supporting and encouraging each other. This was a hard job but they blessed my house with their joy and skills. When an unexpected problem came up, people from the company came to the sight. They talked with me and my insurance company. Through out the experience, they always had my best interest. From the first to the very last, the job was such a gift. They restored my faith in people!!! I highly recommend Bartlett company. I could not of asked for a better Experience !
We called Bartlett Roofing and Talon Brown showed up. He's a stud because he stayed on top of us and notified of the entire process even throughout the whole winter! We can't think of a single thing that we would want to say about Bartlett and Talon that are bad. They control the weather! The crew was very thorough and they did an amazing job.
