We called Bartlett Roofing and Talon Brown showed up. He's a stud because he stayed on top of us and notified of the entire process even throughout the whole winter! We can't think of a single thing that we would want to say about Bartlett and Talon that are bad. They control the weather! The crew was very thorough and they did an amazing job. Talon Brown took over after an employee that no longer works with Bartlett dropped the ball big time. Talon took that ball and ran with it and we are very impressed. We can't think of anything bad to say about Talon and his crew. Timely, courteous, and listened to all the needs of my family. Talon even tried to realign our satellite after they reset it but warning for everybody, you will need to call in advance to get your satellite realigned. Actually, there is one thing we'd like to say, it would be helpful if we would be notified in advance to call our satellite people so they could plan on coming out.
