Vince Vargas has been great through the years and the only company we use for all our inspections. We have used him many times in our family and is very thorough and came through for me on short notice just recently.Highly recommend very affordable and very high quality inspections.

Vince has been doing this forever and knows what to look for in our area. We deal in septic systems, wells, and the Aquifer in the wilds of Idaho. He is excellent and thorough. He suits up in what looks like hazmat gear to go under the house. He explores your house in places you didn't even know you had! He is also very personable and pleasant to be around. He answers questions and shows you the problem he talking about. One thing I really like is that he tells you what things are critical, what to keep your eye on, and what quirks are not a problem. Vince has been in business for a long time, and there is a good reason...he is great. Thanks Vince!

He is so incredibly thorough we know our clients are getting the very best information possible about the home they wish to purchase.
