Shafer installed a wood fireplace insert at our cabin. Great group of guys had to deal with getting this very heavy item down stone steps etc. It was a daunting prospect but they figured it out with a cheerful attitude. The chimney proved to be difficult to put a cap on. The first cap they used just didn’t look right. I went into the store and showed pics of it. The crew came back to the cabin and replaced the cap - everything looks fantastic now. Than you Shafer! We will be using you again when we build our house.
Shafer’s is an awesome company. 15 years ago we received 4 quotes on installing an A/C unit and heat pump for our house. Shafer’s blew the other company’s quotes out of the water. Still going strong. They worked with the space available without upselling a bunch of needless stuff. Thank you Shafer’s for your integrity in an ever challenging world. This past week Shafer’s serviced and cleaned our furnace. They were flexible with our schedule. They were thorough with their cleaning, service, and communication.
