I have struggled finding a health provider that is knowledgeable with HRT. I continually ran into roadblocks with my GP and other healthcare providers who would not listen to my health concerns. I am 50 yrs old and had 3 simple goals: maintain lean muscle, fat loss, and most importantly SLEEP health.
