They are knowledgeable about what is behind an issue and how to fix it. They have helped our family multiple times with issues that other drs couldn't resolve and have done so without dragging it out unnecessarily. Very thankful for them.

The physical therapist are fantastic however, there is some kind of lack of communication between the front office and billing department. I’ve had to go in twice now and give them my child’s primary and secondary insurance for them to be billed. It’s been four months since the visit and they’ve yet to bill my insurance. I’ve left multiple calls to the billing department that they haven’t returned. Other than the negligence of the billing department and lack of communication with the front office this practice is great.

Zach at the Hayden Ave office was wonderful to meet and very understanding of my situation. He took the time to explain all my options and I didn't feel rushed. Zach suggested I try the facility at the Koch center location and I was greeted by gunnar. He was also very awesome to work with. I will definitely keep going to north idaho physical therapy. Also the lady's in the front where very polite.
