The staff here is fantastic! I walked in last week with an Amazon return & handed the box to Cass. All was good except for 1 major thing. I hadn't sealed the box. I started to leave saying I would come back & Cass stopped me saying she would tape it for me. She saved me a trip & made my day. Thank you for your kindness Cass, we need more like you.

The UPS Store franchise has their game together and I really appreciate that. I would say that the folks at this UPS store are a little less friendly than some of the others that I have had relationships with over the years but they get the job done and let's be honest, we're not there to kiss and cuddle. This branch just moved from their location on Government into the Albertsons shopping center on the corner of 95 and Prairie. This has given them much more and better parking and easier access from all directions. Big win there guys!! They haven't gotten their UPS store sign up yet and so it says Party USA out front with a UPS store vinyl sign hanging off of it. That made it a little hard to find the first time but I'm sure they'll get a permanent sign at some point, maybe when Trump gets back in office and the economy can function correctly again?

What fantastic service I received last night from Jordon! I could hardly keep up with setting the next box on the counter when Jordon had the previous taped, labeled and ready to go. I was also impressed by the UPS gal picking up deliveries and helping Jordon package up my boxes. Even though I'm certain they had a long day, being it was nearing closing time, they were both so pleasant and genuinely helpful. Thank you!
